We provide digital advertising and lead generation services on behalf of independently owned boxing and martial arts gyms ("Partner Gyms"). LUD Agency acts as the data processor for personal data collected through the Site on behalf of our Partner Gyms. The data controller is the individual Partner Gym whose trial offer or services you request.

3. What Data We Collect

Identifiers: name, phone number, email address
Inquiry details: the program you are interested in, who the trial class is for, and any message you send us
Communications: your responses to our messages, call logs, and call recordings when you call a tracking number listed on the Site
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage data such as pages visited and time on site

4. How We Collect Data

Direct submissions through online forms and surveys (for example, a trial class sign-up)
Bookings made through scheduling calendars on the Site
Phone calls you place to numbers listed on the Site. These calls may be recorded and analyzed for quality and attribution purposes; where required by law, you will be notified before recording begins

By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from the Partner Gym you contacted, regarding your trial class and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely for the purpose of delivering those messages.

The Partner Gym whose offer you responded to, so they can respond to your inquiry and provide their services
Service providers that help us operate: hosting, CRM and messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, call tracking, and analytics providers
Advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) for conversion measurement, where you have consented to such cookies

We do not sell your personal data.

We are based in the EU and serve Partner Gyms worldwide, including in the United States. Your personal data may therefore be transferred outside your country of residence.
